Case Studies
Windward House Pool Pavilion
Designed by multi-award winning Alison Brooks Architects (ABA), the Pool Pavilion was a unique and complex project. Before the build we demolished the old pool building and used the rubble to create an access track for the project materials. We worked closely with the architects, specialist contractors and suppliers to achieve a high quality finish.
The property as a whole went on to win Grand Designs House of the Year award.
Pigeon Barn
This beautiful barn conversion had calves in it not long before we started!
The roof was completely replaced to include solar panels which feed Tesla batteries in the plant room so as to make use of all energy provided by the panels.
The outside was maticulously repaired with origional bricks and lime mortar.
Inside has been converted into a light and spacious 4 bedroom family home
Red Roses
This was a New Build project designed by Award Winning Architects Hall and Bednarczyk from Chepstow.
The house is a timber and steel frame construction making maximum use of the internal space available.
Penfold Cottage
This Project involved the demolition of an old side extension to the origional cottage.
We then went on to build build a very large multi level extension into the bank next to the origional property with a big open plan living room/link to connect the two.
The Cottage
A major renovation project with a double extension, The Cottage in Ruardean required a number of different services:
Underpinning works
First floor extension and single storey extension
Full renovation including damp-proofing
External remodelling including new steps and patio
